How To Participate
We are now accepting reservations for The Wedding Book. Whether you were married in 1906 or 2007, we know you’ll want your wedding to be included. Every participant will get a full page write-up with all the fabulous details of the wedding along with two photographs of your choosing. You may buy as many pages as you wish.
           
How much does it cost?
One full-page announcement is $125.  You may purchase as many pages as you wish. Send your payment for the full amount to:  Paducah Life Magazine/The Wedding Book, 1238 High Street, Paducah, KY 42001. When do I register?
Packets should be completed and submitted when you reserve space. However, if you would like to reserve your page(s) early, you may send your payment first and materials later. If you send your payment early, please send your personal information with the payment.

How do I register?
Follow these easy instructions:
*Fill out your checklist
*In an 8x10 envelope place:
            -your payment and personal information
            -your completed checklist
            -the printout of your write-up
            -your CD, sealed in an envelope
            -your photos, placed inside your SASE and NOT sealed
*Send the packet to:

The Wedding Book Checklist
_____Payment
_____Personal information on a sheet of paper:
            Name, address, phone number
            Bride’s full maiden name
            Groom’s full name
            Couple’s formal name
            (e.g. Mr. and Mrs. John Joe Smith)
            Couple’s address
            Photographer’s name*
            (we cannot publish photos without crediting the photographer)

_____a CD or disk containing your complete and final write-up, 400 words or fewer per page, saved in a Word processing format: it helps if you use Microsoft Word. On the CD label, write the maiden name of the bride and last name of the groom and the word processing program you used. Make sure to triple-check all the names for correct spelling! Please pay careful attention to word count because it if is too long we will cut at our discretion. You may also key in your wedding profile on line at paducahlifeweddingbook.com.

_____The printed copy of your write-up printed on white paper. (We cannot accept newspaper clippings or photocopies.)

_____2  photographs per page, with your name and your photographer’s name attached. (An address label or Post-It note is ideal. DO NOT write directly on the back of the photos). If you do not have black and white photos, we can use color; the black and whites just print at a higher quality.

_____A self-addressed, stamped photo mailer or envelope with cut cardboard to fit your  photos. We will use this to return your photos after The Wedding Book is printed.
